of everyone interested in football.

Pip Hanson

Pip’s background is Chartered Accountancy with 15 years of experience in the manufacturing of sports clothing, dealing with the likes of Puma, Reebok, Nike and Umbro along the way.
As a father to four footballing sons, he now finds his 30 years of experience in coaching and playing amateur/semi-pro grass roots football very much in demand!

Peter Rees
Business Development Director
As well as being a very keen sportsman, Peter is a
qualified medical practitioner who has been dealing with sports injuries within his own multi-disciplinary clinic for over 20 years.
He has a long-established history of working with football, rugby and athletics clubs, advising athletes on matters of health, fitness and injury management programmes

Gary Redmonds
Commercial Director
As owner and director of a number of businesses
operating within the training and assessment sectors,
Gary has a high level of commercial experience and a proven track record in the development of partnerships that have led to real and sustained benefits for those involved. His skills include working alongside public funding agencies to identify and procure significant levels of funding to support education-based projects.
Gary is also a Leeds United fan, but he doesn’t like to
talk about it.

Richard Stevens
Technical Advice Director
From his involvement with Halesowen Town FC in the early 1990s Richard has swiftly climbed the coaching ladder. Now a fully licensed UEFA A coach he is currently assistant academy manager of Coventry City Academy.
Highly regarded in the Midlands, his previous post was Academy Manager of Birmingham City FC., he has excelled in youth football and the development of junior players to 1st team level.
ourgoal is delighted to have such a highly qualified and experienced professional on board providing up to date drills and advice for all age groups and skill levels.

Mark Ackroyd
Developer
Mark is a highly experienced developer and project manager. Mark started writing software when he was 8 years old writing simple games for his ZX81 and Spectrum.
Mark worked for CompuServe and ICL during the dot com boom era, and has worked on some very high profile sites and applications.
Mark’s enthusiasm and drive for technical excellence can be clearly seen on any project he works on. Mark is a native of the West
Country and a big fan of Open Source, Agile Software Development methodology, Bristol City and his iPhone.
