A relatively quiet week was had with the boys and their football.

Training on monday was off due to injuries and tired legs from the weekend so a night of chocolate and a film was on the agenda. Tues was mad with jim playing for his school matt at blues and alec at brazillian. Wed we all watched the england game (fantastic rooney) as training was cancelled , i sank a few beers whilst the boys sank a lot more coke and biscuits. We finished the week off on thurs with matt at the blues and joe at his training who was tired after his cross country race for the school.

It is now friday and we are raring to go for a fun packed weekend of football , hopefully all wins

Wednesday night, family quiet with just two of the boys training at the same local venue, so a little rest for the two of us!

Thursday, back to Mahem with Jim playing at Bristol in the National Cup - winning on penalties 4 - 3 with Jim scoring the first penalty. Matt at the Blues and leaving early to go to the school disco. Joe over the park training, and Alec at Beavers so 3 hours of mad taxying for me and the Missus.

Friday was fairly quiet with Alec showing off his silky skills at the Albion.

The weekend was the usual ferrying and watching games with all of them playing Saturday and Sunday. We managed to watch Jim at Stourport Swifts since it was a 1.00pm kick-off. The whole family in the stands eating chips and curry sauce with his Mum waving at every chance, trying to get his attention (oh boy!) and Alec getting stuck between the seats and then SCREAMING the place down as we both tried to get him out. At least it got Jims attention!

All games over the weekend ending in victories for everyone (including the Albion)! so a few celebratory beers were had on Sunday afternoon. The only bad thing was too many were had and we missed the X-Factor and went to bed feeling dehydrated!! Monday morning and it all starts again.....
