The Eva Programme

The Eva Programme is designed to boost the mental and physical health and wellbeing of girls through physical activity. It's about providing positive experiences of physical activity for girls because we believe this is a tool and vehicle for their happier and healthier lives.

This year, 93% of girls engaged in our programmes were more physically active by the end of their participation. 74% said the sessions help them to feel better about themselves and 71% felt more cheerful after taking part.

The Eva Programme has been developed with teenage girls and every programme delivered will be constructed with the input of the girls taking part. An outline of our standard programme is detailed below.

Alongside increasing girls' activity levels, the programme is specially designed to boost girls' confidence and self-esteem in and outside of school and provide a safe space for them to develop and grow.

We work with girls aged 11-16 and all of our coaches and mentors are trained and fully DBS checked.

We currently deliver programmes in Greater Manchester.

The Eva Programme

Physical activity is a vehicle to build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience in young people. Our sessions reflect this with activities relating to both physical activity and personal development.
