At Our Goal, we believe football is a vehicle to build confidence and self-esteem in girls. Our sessions follow a programme which is designed to encourage girls to be strong, physical, and vocal both on and off the pitch.

Every month we run a mentoring session straight after football training. It's an opportunity for the girls to get to know each other better and try some new activities. We cover topics such as self-care, resilience, creativity, compassion, positive thinking and more, all through the medium of arts and crafts.

Our Goal has been awarded funding to run this football and mentoring programme for a year which means the sessions are just £1 to attend. If you might struggle to pay this, get in touch and we will be able to support you.
